Order a 2oz pouch of our Scape Salt and it will be delivered with your garlic box! Made with garlic scapes and high quality mineral salt, this granular, garlicky finishing salt is ridiculously tasty. A finishing salt is best used after your meal has cooked to preserve the flavor. We like it sprinkled on buttered bread too!
There are no preservatives in this product - only a desiccant pack to absorb moisture. It will not keep for more than 3 months, so please seal it in a cool dry place & use it when you get it! If the salt starts to clump, just throw it in the food processor or use a grater. For best results, store in a glass jar or reuse an old spice jar.
Our Garlic Scape Salt & Garlic Powder are made in our home. While we use food safe principles to prepare these goods, our home kitchen has not been inspected by the VT Health Dept. (Exempt per V.S.A 3312(b).
