The perfect taste of Good Hill’s Vermont grown garlic, the 6 Mix Variety Box serves you six bulbs of garlic and six different varieties, bringing you & your palette a fun new flavor experience! We’re serving up all hardneck varieties - you’ll receive 5 porcelain varieties and one purple-stripe!
While you can technically plant our garlic, our intention is for you to eat it. As a result, you’ll find a mix of sizes, shapes, colors and tastes in each box. The garlic received totals a little over 1lb. Buying quality garlic from a trusted farmer close to you will serve you best for planting purposes. Check your state (Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii) for agricultural restrictions on garlic!
We lovingly cultivate 8 varieties for sale on our micro farm. Most are Porcelain or Purple Stripe Hardnecks, though we are working on acclimatizing a softneck variety, usually grown in warm places, to our cold climate. These are very tasty bulbs of garlic - nothing like what you’d find in most grocery stores. With our 6 Mix, you’ll receive 6 of the following possible varieties: Music, Georgian Fire, German Xtra Hardy, NY White, Katterman and either Chrysalis Purple or Chesnok Red.
VERY IMPORTANT: Due to agricultural sanctions, we cannot ship garlic internationally and we can not ship garlic to Idaho, Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories. If you are in Washington or Oregon state, there are specific regulations against planting garlic from outside the state - please know your laws & do not plant VT garlic in state-quarantined counties.
